This was Brandon a PT at one of the TMR 2 classes.  I think this is the most flexible (with strength) that I have seen.  Notice how he can do the motions without using momentum.  Very difficult to find people who can do this.  Give it a try.

The majority of therapists tell their patients when lifting a heavy object to put equal weight on both sides and lift?  Is this true?  Let's set up an experiment and find out.
